1 scoop Medi Banana Cream Protein Powder
¼ C cottage cheese
¼ C egg white
1 T coconut flour
¼ C unsweetened vanilla almond milk (add more for desired consistency)

Mix above ingredients in blender.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and coat with cooking spray.  Pour mixture onto the skillet and cook until brown on one side.  Flip and continue cooking until done.

Makes 4 medium size pancakes
