Egg Muffins

12 large eggs (you can also substitute Egg Beaters®)
1 cup Jimmy Dean® Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles (pre-cooked)
1 cup chopped bell pepper (green, yellow or red)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup Kraft® 2% Milk Natural Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
 

Directions:

In a large bowl, whisk eggs until yolks are broken.  Add the bell pepper, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Stir in turkey sausage and cheese.  Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the mixture into muffin tins well-coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.  Yield: 1 dozen.
