1 lb. chicken breast tenders

1/2 C Egg Beaters Original

3 packages of Weightloss Fiesta Lime Puffs

Preheat oven to 350. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Pour Egg Beaters into a bowl. Crush the Fiesta Lime Puffs into a bowl. Dip the chicken in Egg Beaters, then dredge in Fiesta Lime Puffs until well coated. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
