Red Velvet Premium Protein Powder is used to make these tasty, guilt-free cupcakes!

2 scoops Weightloss Red Velvet Premium Protein
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup Splenda granulated
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 oz plain, nonfat greek yogurt
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 oz light cream cheese
2 Tbsp Splenda

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Prepare cupcake tin with liners or non stick spray. Add dry ingredients to large bowl and mix well. In a separate bowl mix yogurt, eggs and almond milk. Add to dry ingredients, mixing well. Pour batter into cupcake tins and bake 20 minutes or until cooked through. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese and vanilla extract to create frosting. Cool cupcakes completely before frosting. Store frosted cupcakes in refrigerator.
